This place was awesome!!! I loved the setting. The staff was cordial and professional. Having all the different pools to choose from was fun. We loved sitting in the creek and find just the right temperature. Hummingbirds everywhere!

I have stayed at the cliffside before and wasn't too keen on it. It had a great patio with expansive views of the valley, but room needs updating. Wasn't impressed. This time we stayed at the creeekside and it was fantastic. We had the river flowing outside our balcony. We left the slider open all night to hear it. Room was renovated very nicely. We had everything we needed: refrigerator with ice trays (filled), very comfortable bed, spacious room, tons of storage space. We will definitely be back to the creekside suites again.
Leo in the pool bar was fantastic. Our waitress at the restaurant could have been more friendly and engaging. Cant remember her name, but the other waitress working the restaurant was very engaging and friendly with her tables. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

This was a wonderful overnight trip for my Sister and I. I loved the no kids pool and appreciated the pool time in the morning for overnight guests only.

Pros: Beds were very comfortable, views amazing, beautiful patio. Cons: Room was not well furnished, just a chair and table. Food options were either convenience snacks or gourmet food, not much in the middle.

We have visited the hot springs before but this was our first time staying there. We loved it! Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and modern. The food from Mary’s steakhouse was delicious and not too too expensive (our last trip was to Disney so it was refreshing to not be price-gouged!). It was so nice to have early entry to the hot springs in the morning too.

We waited for over 20 min to seat at resturant & a lot broken lockers in the men’s &womens room on the spa side!
